Dr Scissors is run by master Barber & Beautician Hussein. Hussein has worked as head stylist for one of Iraq's leading television stations AlSharquya and has both worldwide and New Zealand qualifications in Cosmetics, Hairdressing and Beauty along with 12 years practical experience. He was one of the youngest and most sought after barbers in his hometown of Baghdad, Iraq with one week long waiting lists. He is now here to share his talents with the New Zealand barber industry.

Dr Scissors goal is to preserve the originality of barbering and to keep the tradition going for generations to come. We enjoy what we do and we do our very best to keep customers happy with their service. Each barbering service is a work of art that requires passion, quality and precision. We truly enjoy the traditional feel of a barber shop, and we love creating that experience for our clients making each one walk out feeling like a new man. We specialise all men’s needs with the goal to make you walk out looking like a King.
